In 2002, Hytec established its first off-site warehouse in Brampton, Ontario. A second warehouse was established in Calgary, Alberta in 2004 to serve our customers located in Western Canada. These warehouses supply our Canadian customers with a place within their country’s borders to acquire repaired circuit boards through Hytec’s Advance Exchange program or a convenient location to return boards to be forwarded to Hytec for repair.
Ordering boards from the Hytec Canadian warehouse is as simple as going to our website, checking inventory, and placing your order; or calling your customer service representative at 800-883-1001. All defective core boards can be returned using the preprinted return-shipping label directly to our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario.
If you wish to send boards for repair via our Canadian warehouse, please package your boards with a description of the problem, include a packing slip, and ship to:

A pallet shipment leaves the Canadian warehouse every Friday. These items are repaired and returned to the warehouse by the end of the following week. The warehouse will then forward repair packages back to you.
The warehouse located in Calgary, AB is only a ship from location and does not receive packages; all returns must go to the Brampton location.
